ABOUT

 Our founder, Julene Allen, has worked to transform top Fortune 50 global companies in high technology, healthcare, and education. She has a long history in Silicon Valley, California and is trained Industrial Organizational Psychologist with industry expertise and special knowledge of change strategy, organizational development, learning, communications, and evaluation. She has been a lecturer with California State University.

Julene holds a Master’s of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University and Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Westmont College (Santa Barbara, CA).

She has active certifications in Change Management (PROSCI), Professional Human Resources (PHR) and Myers Briggs Assessment (MBTI). 

As a passionate advocator of nonprofits she has consulted with San Francisco Bay Area NGOs. Her early professional experience started in foundation grant management.
